Upcoming MBSR Courses

Our next OHIP-covered MBSR program will begin in early 2025 and run every Wednesday morning from 10 AM – 12:30 PM.


How to Register for Our Courses

To participate in a Mindfulness SWO MBSR course, you must complete our prescreen questionnaire and obtain a doctor’s referral. 

After completing the 3-question prescreen questionnaire, you will be given the referral form for your doctor if you qualify based on your responses. If you do not qualify, you can contact us to discuss whether MBSR is a good fit for you. After receiving your doctor’s referral, we will contact you to confirm your registration and book an intake appointment.

Course Participation Requirements

You are an ideal candidate for these MBSR courses if you have the desire to do this for yourself, can commit to attending ALL weekly sessions and doing daily home practices (approx. 1 hour daily), have had no substance abuse in the past year / no active suicidal thoughts / no dissociation, and have access to a computer or tablet for the weekly sessions and to use for home practice.
